How do I schedule a tour?
Scheduling a tour is easy. Simply complete our Schedule a Tour form by providing your contact information, your child's age, your preferred program, and a convenient date and time.
Once we receive your request, a member of our team will contact you to confirm your visit and answer any questions you may have.
Do schedules vary by age?
Yes. Each age group follows a daily routine that is developmentally appropriate.
Infants have flexible schedules based on their individual feeding, sleeping, and care needs, while toddlers, preschoolers, and older children follow structured daily routines that include learning activities, outdoor play, meals, rest time, creative exploration, and social interaction.
Our goal is to provide a balanced day that supports each child's growth, learning, and well-being.
Where can I find your policies?
Our daycare follows comprehensive health, safety, and operational policies to ensure a secure and supportive environment for every child.
These include health and illness guidelines, medication administration procedures, allergy and dietary accommodations, safety and emergency procedures, authorized pick-up policies, and cleaning and sanitation practices.
Families receive complete policy information during enrollment, and we're happy to answer any questions during your scheduled tour.
What are your operating hours?
We are open daily from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM to accommodate the needs of busy families. Please contact us if you have questions about specific scheduling or program availability.
Do you provide meals and snacks?
We provide nutritious meals and snacks that support healthy growth and development. We also work closely with families to accommodate food allergies, dietary restrictions, and other nutritional needs.
How do you keep children safe?
The safety of every child is our highest priority. We maintain a secure, clean, and closely supervised environment with age-appropriate safety procedures, emergency preparedness plans, and open communication with families to ensure children are cared for throughout the day.
How do you communicate with parents?
We believe strong partnerships with families are essential. Parents receive regular updates about their child's day, including activities, meals, naps where applicable, and any important information, and we encourage open communication at all times.
What should my child bring?
During enrollment, we will share a complete list based on your child’s age and program. Families are typically encouraged to bring labeled essentials such as extra clothing, diapers or wipes if needed, comfort items for rest time, and any approved medication or allergy information.
Do you accept childcare subsidies?
Please contact us to discuss current payment options and subsidy questions. We are happy to talk through your family’s needs during your tour request or scheduled visit.
How do you handle allergies and dietary needs?
We ask families to share allergy, medical, and dietary information before care begins. Our team works with parents or guardians to understand each child’s needs and follow safe food, medication, and emergency procedures.
Is outdoor play included?
Yes. Weather and safety permitting, outdoor play is part of the daily routine because movement, fresh air, and active exploration support healthy development.
How does rest time work?
Rest routines vary by age and individual need. Infants follow their own safe sleep routines, while toddlers and older children have age-appropriate quiet or rest time built into the daily schedule.
